Tampa Electric Company in Florida seeks a seasoned Supvr Facility Services to oversee operation and maintenance of facility and building systems across TECO energy sites. You will lead crews, develop processes to ensure asset integrity, and maintain compliance with NFPA, EPA, and building codes.

This role demands extensive HVAC/refrigeration expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and 24/7 emergency response.

Competenze

• Minimum seven years in facility operations, maintenance, and construction.
• Eight years HVAC/refrigeration experience or degree substitution.
• Two years minimum supervisory experience; more preferred.
• State Certified Class A Air-Conditioning or Mechanical Contractor license and 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Training preferred.
• Ability to supervise IBEW personnel and manage payroll-related activities.

Mansioni

• Supervise internal operations to maintain TECO building assets (HVAC, refrigeration, BAS).
• Lead Facility Services IBEW staff; conduct evaluations and provide support.
• Plan, coordinate, and assign work; collaborate with other supervisors.
• Develop standards for maintenance, service, repairs; ensure NFPA, EPA, and building code compliance.
• Ensure safe work practices and 24/7 emergency response; support storm duty.
