Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. The role includes leading staff, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring safety and compliance across client sites in Texas.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance management, and timely response to facility service requests, with a strong focus on safety and contract adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record as a supervisor in a similar role.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises working staff, develops work schedules and monitors performance.
• Collaborates with managers on disciplinary matters and conducts performance discussions.
• Leads project teams and may be point of contact for customers on site.
• Plans and supervises service delivery, provides hands-on support and training, and evaluates repairs.
• Responds to emergency calls with police, fire, and EMS to protect property and staff.
• Keeps daily records of safety, health, and environmental issues and enforces PPE use.
• Performs monthly site safety walks with customer reps and coordinates safety meetings.
• Interprets compliance documents, blueprints, O&M manuals to standardize work.
• Covers defined shifts and ensures contract compliance.
