Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years related experience or 10 years overall experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees space allocation, layout, communications services and facility expansion.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity with Facility Management team.
• Identify current and future maintenance requirements.
• Plan budget and schedules for facility modifications and cost estimates.
• Provide direct oversight of vendors/contractors providing building services to ensure production needs and codes are met.
• Lead vendor/contractor for building security surveillance to ensure equipment operates effectively and safely.
• Lead maintenance contracts for fire protection equipment and HVAC systems to meet codes.
• Coordinate cleaning, plumbing, electrical & HVAC maintenance to ensure building operates effectively.
• Create and execute preventative maintenance plans for building equipment and company vehicles.
