Job summary

The role requires training experience, ability to read engineering drawings, and strong communication skills to coordinate with engineering, quality, and supervision. Flexibility for overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in seat assembly or related manufacturing.
• Trainer or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.
• Ability to organize teams to accomplish goals and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality products are assembled to meet customer dock dates.
• Organize and assign work to meet production schedules per standard work.
• Monitor daily production results and submit efficiency reports.
• Conduct daily meetings to review performance goals and challenges.
• Set up ANDON system and update line progress during shifts.
• Provide input for performance evaluations of assemblers and assistants.
