Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas LLC is seeking an entry-level Facilities Project and Safety Specialist to assist in coordinating facilities projects and safety initiatives. The role provides hands-on exposure to project coordination, CAD support, and day-to-day maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Facilities and Safety leaders to track safety actions, support safety programs, and help implement improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or related field.
0–2 years experience in facilities, construction, engineering, or operations support; internship is a plus.
Basic knowledge of engineering and construction principles; able to interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

Support planning, tracking, and execution of facilities projects with the Project Manager.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and trackers.
Coordinate with vendors for quotes, scheduling, procurement, and updates.
Assist with safety programs, audits, and incident documentation.
Provide CAD support and help with facility layouts and space planning.
Assist maintenance and operations with coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
