RECARO Aircraft Seating in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Logistics Lead to manage daily warehouse operations, train clerks, and ensure safety and efficiency in the logistics area. You will organize and assign work to meet production schedules and verify shipments while maintaining quality records.

You will lead the team in implementing process improvements, maintain 5S standards, and coordinate with management to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in a Logistics/Warehouse environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to plan and solve problems with little or no guidance.
Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
Ability to organize teams to accomplish organizational goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good attendance record.

Responsibilities

Lead daily activities of the logistics area, personally or through subordinates.
Train, ensure safety and welfare of clerks and team members.
Organize and assign work to meet production schedules; maintain records.
Ensure proper provisioning of the logistics area and verify shipments.
Inspect warehouse area and equipment condition.
Coordinate facilities repairs and equipment replacement.
Support efficient use of resources to meet delivery deadlines.
Provide leadership in continuous improvements of logistics solutions.
Communicate with Supervisor and other departments to coordinate actions.
Monitor daily attendance and staffing levels.
Support 5S initiatives and maintain orderly operations.
Order necessary supplies for the team.
