Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of experience; or 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout.
• Develops and implements programs that reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Identifies current and future maintenance requirements.
• Plans budget and schedules facility modifications.
• Provides oversight to all vendors and contractors for building services.
• Manages and meets the budget for the Facilities department.
