Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel in Highland, CA, seeks a Manager, Facilities to oversee building maintenance operations and critical systems support for a top-tier casino and hotel. The role guides the Facilities team, ensuring 24/7 availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include managing HVAC, electrical, and building maintenance trades, coordinating projects, and driving safety and policy compliance while overseeing hiring, evaluations, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Facilities maintenance management and operations required.
• Minimum three (3) years of Supervisory Experience required.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages all maintenance fields and trades within the Facilities Department (HVAC, Electrical, Building Maintenance).
• Monitors, responds, and reports any critical systems operation alarms and/or alerts (fire, power, central plant failures).
• Completes performance evaluations for assigned team members and oversees performance evaluations completed by subordinate management team members; responsible for hiring process.
• Processes vendor quotes/proposals and coordinates with Administration and Procurement.
• Reviews, amends, and creates policies and procedures; ensures adherence across the team.
• Manages financial health: budget forecasting/planning, budget tracking, and financial integrity.
• Provides direction, leadership, counseling, and evaluations to subordinate staff.
• Performs other duties to support efficient operation of the department.
