Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Facility Technicians and Maintenance personnel.
• Oversee daily facility operations and preventive maintenance.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects.
• Promote workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day operations of various property types.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct property inspections for maintenance and safety needs.
• Manage tenant service requests with timely resolution.
• Prepare owner reports, budgets, and capex plans.
• Coordinate capital projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee vendor procurement and contract compliance.
• Support tenant retention through service excellence.
