Job summary

Burns is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Facilities & Infrastructure team in New York City. You will lead the daily management of complex projects, coordinate engineering staff, develop proposals, pricing, and contracts, and ensure client needs are met on time and on budget through disciplined scope control and QA/QC discipline.

The role combines project execution with business development, requires strong client relationships and mentoring of staff, and carries responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Healthcare project experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in project management within engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project activities including scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate engineering teams to deliver design and systems work.
• Develop proposals, pricing and contracts under guidance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Monitor QA/QC and ensure compliance across projects.
• Lead and mentor staff, and oversee performance reviews.

Education

Bachelor's (B.S.) Engineering degree
