Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated operational success in managing maintenance operations and vendor services.
• Proven financial and accounting knowledge and abilities.
• Superior organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with strong attention to high standards of customer service and negotiating sensitive management issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge around facility systems and operations.
• Proficient computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations.
• Manage maintenance operations, occupant/owner relations, budgeting and capital planning.
• Prepare reports and manage project work, including emergency planning and long-term FM strategy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and risk management standards.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts from bid to transition.
• Support annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations.
