Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in property and facility management.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
• Knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
• Operational success in maintenance operations and vendor services.
• Proven financial and accounting abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including maintenance, construction coordination, occupant/owner relations, budgeting, capital planning.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations and risk management standards.
• Lead facility management strategy and annual budget preparation, ensuring high service levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Lead emergency planning and long-term planning of FM strategy.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures and standards of service.
