Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead daily maintenance and facilities operations across our portfolio. You will manage field teams, drive safe and timely work order completion, and translate strategic policies into consistent field execution.

The role requires 5+ years in related and leadership roles, with building systems knowledge and strong communication. Travel within the portfolio and after-hours/on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive related experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Inventory management and purchasing experience required.
• Experience with multi-site or portfolio-based operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance and facilities operations across the portfolio.
• Oversee maintenance technicians, supervisors, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure work orders are completed on time and within service levels.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management for teams.
• Support Director of Facilities with strategy translation to field execution.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, local/state).
• Assist in budget execution related to maintenance operations, labor, and materials.
