Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Director of Facilities to lead local maintenance, facilities, and vendor operations at the Ft. Bragg, NC community.

The role partners with the Operations Director to implement a comprehensive community management plan and deliver a superior living experience for residents. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in facilities management with 5+ years in leadership, strong budgeting and data analysis skills, and hands-on oversight of mechanical systems and safety

Qualifications

• 7+ years in related field with 5+ years in leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of full-cycle maintenance programs.
• Experience with mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, facilities, and vendor operations at the assigned location.
• Ensure resident-focused service and high-quality living experiences.
• Manage standard operating procedures, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee capital projects and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance with local and state regulations.
• Travel up to 25% and coordinate with RVP, Facilities.
