Qualifications

• 5+ years facilities management experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent English written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day facility operations for the FAL, coordinating subcontractors (janitorial, food service, pest control, tenant improvements)
• Vendor management and KPI tracking, timely communication with stakeholders
• Invoicing reviews and Service Now ticket management for onboarding/offboarding
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews and FM team activities
