Airbus Americas is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Mobile, Alabama, to lead regional facilities projects within Real Estate and Facilities. You will manage facilities staff, vendors and contractors, delivering projects that meet established standards and schedules.

The role emphasizes budget control, compliance with OSHA, ADA, ISO standards, and coordination with project leads, architects, and suppliers to ensure quality outcomes. Travel and onsite leadership are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing a budget.
• 5+ years of experience managing subcontractor activities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards.
• General knowledge of FAA, EASA and ICAO.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full time project management support region-wide for all facilities projects.
• Attend planning and status meetings and communicate milestones and deliverables.
• Inspect and resolve design, logistics, and building issues with stakeholders.
• Manage budget, compliance, and documentation across projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure scope clarity and on-time delivery.
• Support safety culture and adherence to regulatory requirements.
