Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to join Real Estate and Facilities in Mobile, Alabama. You will provide full-time project management support for all existing buildings and infrastructure, manage facilities staff, vendors, and contractors, and ensure projects align with established standards and procedures across the region.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, strong budgeting and subcontractor management, and knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of budget management experience.
• 5+ years of managing subcontractor activities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards.
• Travel approximately 25% domestic.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time project management support region-wide for all facilities and infrastructure.
• Manage facilities staff, vendors and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop project objectives and outcomes with Sr. Facilities Manager, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
• Review design changes and coordinate with architects, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality and schedule.
