Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for Soft Services to lead third-party service providers and manage site services in Mobile, AL. You will oversee subcontractor activities, coordinate soft-service delivery, and report progress to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.

This role resides within Airbus’ facilities team, offering exposure to a large aerospace operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years subcontractor management experience.
• 3+ years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and technology.
• Coordinating workflows for soft service providers (janitorial, catering, landscaping, etc.).
• Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to develop strategic solutions.
• Customer service and invoice processing experience is critical.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage services and projects such as cleaning, catering, and people transportation with internal and external partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by using resources efficiently.
• Manage and improve services and suppliers for on-time, quality, and cost delivery.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews within contract guidelines.
• Coordinate and support all FM team activities and reports.
• Review, approve, and process invoicing for related activities.
• Develop and track corrective action plans for service delivery.
• Coordinate upkeep of interior space.
