Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to join our Real Estate and Facilities team.

You will provide full-time project management support for all existing buildings and infrastructure systems regionally across Airbus Americas, managing facilities staff, vendors and contractors. The role includes administering programming, design, construction and technical support to ensure projects meet standards and budgets, coordinating planning meetings, inspections,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years managing budget and subcontractors in industrial environments
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards
• Experience with FAA/EASA/ICAO knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for facilities and infrastructure.
• Manage facilities staff, vendors and contractors.
• Develop and monitor construction budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, NFPA, ISO and related standards.
• Coordinate planning meetings and on-site inspections.
