CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently.

The role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers in repairs and investment planning. The supervisor will lead daily activities, manage communications between landlord and service providers, oversee maintenance, and present performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and numerical skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, and tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment and oversee vendor relations.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
