Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong organizational and math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site environment with focus on cost control and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Strong math skills and ability to handle figures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and tasks.
• Point of contact for escalations between landlord, tenants and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules.
• Evaluate new vendors and compare costs and benefits.
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives.
• Lead by example and reinforce CBRE RISE values.
