Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help ensure the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the club. The role requires working opposite the Facility Operations Manager and serving as Manager on Duty when needed, with adaptability to Life Time's diverse needs.

The individual will perform safety inspections, general repairs, and routine maintenance to keep equipment functioning and facilities secure, while supporting safety training and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and work in a club environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
