Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the club remains safe and clean. You will work opposite the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time’s needs.

You will perform safety checks, oversee repairs, routine maintenance, and supervise grounds and equipment to maintain a welcoming, well-maintained club environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Able to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and inspections.

Education
