Qualifications

• HS Diploma; some college preferred.
• 2–3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service role; landscaping/snow removal or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• English required; Spanish a plus.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign subcontractors to services, create/update work orders, manage scheduling and performance.
• Assist in training and development of a team of Facility Coordinators.
• Resolve service and payment issues with subcontractors; triage as necessary and prevent escalations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors; demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
