Qualifications

• HS Diploma; some college preferred.
• 2-3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service role.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or related fields preferred.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign subcontractors to services and manage work orders.
• Manage subcontractor scheduling and performance.
• Train and develop a team of Facility Coordinators.
• Resolve service and payment issues with subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors; provide strong customer service.
• Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism.
