Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent (Administrative Building) to oversee daily maintenance and operations in the New York City area.

You will manage maintenance tasks, logs, and vendor relations while collaborating with Facilities and Project Management to align plans with long-term goals. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, relevant safety certifications, and the ability to navigate building codes and regulations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma with 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• OSHA certification.
• First-Aid & CPR certification.
• F-02 Fire Guard for Shelters certification.
• F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator certification.
• P-98 Fuel-Oil Piping/Storage certification.
• S-95 Fire Alarm Systems supervision certification.
• S-12 Citywide Sprinkler certification.
• S-13 Citywide Standpipe certification.
• Valid New York Driver License; ability to travel between sites.

Responsabilidades
