Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Superintendent experience in comparable affordable housing buildings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to log time and coordinate with property managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building maintenance and upkeep.
• Ensure 24-hour emergency call availability and coordinate coverage when unavailable.
• Conduct weekly inspections and maintain written records.
• Order supplies via Purchase Orders and coordinate with managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, stairs, and grounds.
• Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
