Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, functioning facilities and exceptional member service. This full-time role requires flexible scheduling and involvement in staff training and safety compliance.

The position starts at an hourly wage of $24.75 and can go up to $33.25 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include subsidized membership, product discounts, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• AFO certification required for aquatic operations.
• CPO license required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and follow-up communication with solutions.
• Assist in budgeting recommendations (monthly and annual).
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
