Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and contribute to a positive member experience. You will keep the club clean, stocked with supplies, and uphold Life Time’s standards of presentation. The role involves assisting members with information on Life Time products, services, and policies.

The position is hourly, with pay scales starting at $17.25 and up to $20.00 based on experience and qualifications. Full-time team members may access additional benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures lockers are neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper usage of locker room consumables and cleaning supplies per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
