Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the facility is clean and welcoming while delivering excellent customer service.

You will keep the club space stocked and presented to Life Time's standards, perform daily maintenance, and respond to member inquiries about products, services, policies, and procedures. This is an hourly role with wages starting at $17.25 and paying up to $21.50, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a routine basis.
• Able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• Ability to follow budgeted usage of cleaning products and materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper usage of locker room consumables and cleaning products per budget.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
