Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, well-maintained facilities and excellent member service. The role covers scheduling, staff training, budget input, and acting as on-site leadership when the Manager is away.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED, AFO, and CPO within 3 months. Prior customer service and flexibility in scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO).
• Certified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 3 months of hire.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and provide follow-up solutions.
• Assist manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Serve on Safety Committee ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing for Operations.
