Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a full-time Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, functioning facilities and exceptional member service. You will help manage spaces, train staff, and provide managerial support when the Manager is away.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
CPR/AED certification within first 30 days.
1 year of customer service experience.
Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO).
Certified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 3 months.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
Respond to member feedback with urgency and follow-up with solutions.
Assist manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Support club Safety Committee in OSHA compliance.
Assist with recruiting and interviewing for Operations.
Attend weekly department head and all-staff meetings.
Build positive member relationships and gather feedback.
Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules.
