Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Building Operations to oversee the Brookfield and Youngstown locations.

• 5+ years in building operations, facilities management, construction management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of building systems including regulatory requirements for utilities, fire, and security.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience managing capital projects, vendor contracts, and budgets in a complex or high-profile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital and operational projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate all phases of construction and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and operational priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders—including executive teams, workplace experience, and operations to support space planning, special projects, and vendor management.
• Manage vendor relationships with a focus on service quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and service providers to achieve best value and high performance.
• Develop, manage, and forecast capital (CapEx) and operating (OpEx) budgets, ensuring cost control and accountability.
• Maintain working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) to support informed decision-making and issue resolution.
• Produce clear and professional documentation including scopes of work, project reports, schedules, and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and internal policies.
