Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead the QA/QC function across Brookfield and Youngstown plants, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and quality objectives.

You will oversee the Plant Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, drive continuous improvement, and act as the company representative during audits with customers and suppliers. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical field required.
• Minimum five years in a QA/QC leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and related standards; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC for Brookfield and Youngstown plants; supervise QA/QC personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement and align QMS with practices.
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews; report KPIs.
