The role ensures a safe, efficient environment for employees, vendors, and customers, and leads capital projects from concept through completion to meet aggressive ramp plans. Qualifications

• Must have experience leading capital projects and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of building systems and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital and operational projects from planning through construction and closeout.
• Coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring budget and schedule alignment.
• Partner with executive teams and operations on space planning and vendor management.
• Manage vendor relationships focusing on service quality and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and service providers for best value.
• Develop and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets with cost control.
