PACE Supply Corp. is seeking a Corporate Facilities Administrator to lead the Facilities team in Stockton, CA. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with the Real Estate & Facilities Manager, and drive projects across locations with a focus on cost control and quality.

The role requires a strong background in facilities management, project coordination, and people leadership. Willingness to travel to branch locations and oversee safety and compliance programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction, facilities, or related industry.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Facilities Team across the organization.
• Partner with Branch and Division Leadership to maintain standards and safety.
• Manage facility projects from bids through completion, tracking budgets and schedules.
• Oversee service providers and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Handle administrative duties including invoices, inspections, and record-keeping.
