Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL seeks a Facility Engineer to manage maintenance across the Stockton Complex in Stockton, CA. You will supervise the Facility Engineering & Maintenance Department and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems operate reliably.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and NFPA. Hands-on leadership and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade certification in HVAC, electrical, or related field.
• 5+ years of facility engineering, building operations, or industrial maintenance.
• Cal/OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of NFPA standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Facility Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of facility equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; manage quotes and invoices.
• Maintain inventory and supervise engineering staff.
