Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL in Stockton, CA seeks a Facility Engineer to manage all maintenance and facility systems. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, roofing, lighting, and related equipment, ensuring reliable operation and safety for events and daily operations across Stockton Complex sites.

The role requires experience in building engineering, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate contractors, while maintaining compliance with Cal OSHA and NFPA standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or trade license in HVAC or electrical trades preferred.
• At least 5+ years in facilities, building engineering, or commercial/industrial maintenance.
• Cal OSHA 10/30 or NFPA familiarity; local code knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of central Building Management System (BMS).
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain environmental controls and building systems for events and non-events.
• Oversee preventative maintenance across Stockton Complex sites.
• Repair or replace motors, HVAC units, pumps; manage auxiliary power systems.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors; ensure scope and quality.
• Ensure safety codes compliance and maintain spare inventory.
