Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Sr. Manager of Office Services & Facilities to own the regional corporate portfolio, oversee maintenance, space planning, and capital projects, and drive cost containment.

You will lead a 4–7 person team, develop talent, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and environmental programs while partnering with stakeholders across campuses.

Qualifications

• 4‑year degree preferred in business, construction or facility management.
• IFMA or BOMI certifications are a plus.
• 8–10 years experience in facilities and office services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, space planning, occupancy and furniture management.
• Lead and develop a team of 4–7 facilities/office services professionals.
• Manage vendor sourcing, contracts and service delivery standards.
• Own capital projects planning, budget submission and execution (portfolio ~$3M/region).
• Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, environmental and workplace safety programs.
