PACE Supply Corp. is seeking a Corporate Facilities Administrator in Stockton, CA.

The role oversees daily operations of the Corporate Facilities department, partnering with the Real Estate & Facilities Manager to manage maintenance, capital projects, new branch openings, vendor relationships, budgets, and processes across locations. The role focuses on developing a facilities team, coordinating with branch leadership, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction, facilities, or related industry.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-performing Facilities team.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to maintain professional appearances across locations.
• Prioritize facility safety issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage facility projects: bids, schedules, site visits, change orders.
• Oversee facilities work orders, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Handle administrative tasks: invoices, inspections, and records.
