Job summary

PACE Systems, a Commercial Contracting Corporation company, seeks an experienced Superintendent for Advanced Facilities and Controlled Environments to lead field operations on technically complex projects nationwide, including cleanrooms, semiconductor plants, pharma, and data centers. This role requires strong leadership, robust MEP coordination, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years as a Superintendent on complex commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience with controlled environments or cleanrooms is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and manage projects across multiple sites.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of all field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, owners, and design professionals to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety meetings, pre-task planning, and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project schedules; develop work plans.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and startup activities across projects.
