Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost-control knowledge.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and contract documents.
• Proven leadership of multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement activities and long-lead material strategies.
• Manage project documentation and contract compliance.
• Lead project turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Monitor productivity and project progress.
• Develop corrective action and recovery plans when necessary.
