Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure all work orders are completed. This role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will manage daily activities, serve as liaison among landlords, tenants, and service providers, arrange maintenance, and monitor expenses while driving efficiency and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior shift supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set work schedules.
• Serve as point of contact between landlord, tenants and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of building equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee schedule for cleaning and disinfection.
• Research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
