Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Culver City, CA is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily property operations and ensure building systems run efficiently. You will lead improvement projects, manage budgets, and maintain strong vendor relationships to deliver high service levels.

You will conduct regular inspections, support tenant requests, and generate KPI reports using CMMS and BAS/BMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facility management or property management.
• Knowledge of MEP systems; BAS/BMS familiarity.
• PM: manage budgets, multiple priorities, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and building codes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with IT proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license; access to mechanical spaces.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations with building systems.
• Lead facility improvement projects from scope to delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections; implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships; ensure SLA compliance.
• Respond to tenant requests; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Use BAS/CMMS/FM software to track work orders and KPI reports.
• Present operational updates at Property Management meetings.
