Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Critical Facility Manager for the Los Angeles area. This leadership role oversees data center operations, safety, compliance, and 24/7 performance, guiding both internal teams and external vendors to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data centers or critical facilities, strong leadership, and experience with CMMS tools. On-site work in Alhambra/Irvine as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data centers or critical facilities with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing staff, vendors and operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong reading of technical documents and safety rules.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and escalate issues for a data center critical environment.
• Develop strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and resilience.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and vendor performance.
• Direct management of unionized technical staff and field projects.
