Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to advise the executive team and shape enterprise-wide people strategies that transform the organization globally.

You will mentor senior leaders, oversee succession planning and leadership development, and drive data-driven HR initiatives across functions to improve engagement, retention, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations and change management.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and global stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategy, vision, and objectives.
• Advise the executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Champion data-driven insights to inform business decisions and measure HR impact.
• Mentor and coach senior leaders to build leadership capability and drive accountability.
• Oversee succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate across business units and HR functions to ensure consistency of HR programs.
• Lead organizational development and transformation initiatives, including HR technology and culture change.
• Promote inclusive leadership and ensure policies reflect equality and belonging.
• Oversee governance and compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
• Drive performance and rewards processes and analyze workforce trends.
