Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Lead Facility Operations leader to oversee the club's operations, ensure cleanliness, and guide a team of up to 30 staff. The role includes training, scheduling, budgeting, and payroll oversight to align with the organization’s standards.

The position requires 2 years of management experience, CPR/AED within 30 days, and a CPO license within 6 months. Strong leadership and guest-focused service are essential.

• CPO license within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Ensure locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas are clean, tidy and welcoming
• Coach, manage and schedule up to 30 team members
• Train staff through orientation, direction and feedback
• Recruit for the Operations department and advise GM on hiring, promotions and discipline
• Maintain department budget and submit monthly financial reports
• Process operations payroll and keep labor costs within budget
