Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor in Minnesota to uphold safety and cleanliness across the club. The role schedules opposite the Facility Operations Manager and serves as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time’s operational needs.

You will oversee building maintenance, conduct safety inspections, and perform routine repairs to keep equipment in optimal condition, while supporting a safe, welcoming member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensure facility conditions are safe.
• Conduct general repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participate in safety training and inspections.
