You will lead the Ops team, handle scheduling and payroll budgets, and participate in recruiting and staff development. The role emphasizes coaching up to 30 staff, staff training, and coordinating budgetary reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience and building operations experience.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire; CPO license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas cleanliness and presentation.
• Coach, manage and schedule up to 30 team members.
• Train staff through orientation, direction and feedback.
