Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the club's Operations department. You will oversee staffing, schedules, budgets and all club projects while providing ongoing training to the Ops team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of management experience, CPR/AED within 30 days, CPO within 6 months, and the ability to lift 20+ lbs. Competitive salary starting at $58,000 up to $80,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Building operations experience.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift and move 20+ lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and advises GM on hiring/promotions/disciplinary actions.
• Maintains department budget and submits monthly financial reports.
• Ensures staff keeps locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas clean.
• Completes Ops payroll and manages labor costs within budget.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair projects and coordinates with other departments.
